The Hawkins Pro 26 cm Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Flat Tava (PSNFT26) combines durability, performance and convenience for everyday cooking. Its PFOA-free nonstick surface is protected by stainless steel ridges, allowing the safe use of metal spatulas while reducing wear and tear for longer life. The extra-thick 3.5 mm tri-ply construction ensures excellent heat retention and even cooking. A sturdy, stay-cool stainless steel handle provides a comfortable and secure grip even when the pan is hot. The flat cooking surface with a rim is ideal for spreading liquid batters such as dosa, pancakes or crepes, helping maintain an even shape. Stainless steel rivets and a strong bracket keep the handle firmly fixed without loosening. The AISI 430 magnetic stainless steel base works efficiently on both gas and induction cooktops. Easy to maintain, the tava is also dishwasher safe.
