SHIPPING POLICY

  • Our shipping and delivery team works rigorously 5 days a week to ensure on-time delivery for all our customers. Order processing is done between 11:30 am & 6 pm on all working days. Sundays are weekly off.
  • If we can forecast any possible delay ahead, we will reach the customer in advance. However, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Kindly provide Full address (With Landmark), Contact numbers and Email ID while making payment. As we can ensure proper on-time delivery and reach you, if required.
  • Delivery within India: Depending on region & network our trusted external delivery partners will deliver the product.
  • We may not be in a position to accept certain orders for reasons including limitations on quantities, availability for purchase, or other problems identified by its internal department. In such a case, We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel such order or any portion.
  • We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at an incorrect price, or containing any other incorrect information at any time before the dispatch of the products.
  • To certain orders with valid reasons, We shall intimate the respective customer and will process a refund in accordance with the Refund & Return Policy. Still the final call will be taken as per management decision.
  • Any other policy which we may deem fit, justified or unacceptable applies. The sole discretion with respect to order processing & shipping lies with us. We are providing a service for customers to order & receive products ordered at home or the address mentioned with the order. We are in no way bound to or in agreement with the orderer /Customer to fulfill the service.
